October Sale Pieces

Happy October!

Most days I honestly don’t know where this past year has gone haha, could be the sleepless nights or the adjustment to having a baby and a hubby who works out of time but I just feel like I blinked and its already October!!

I feel like I have been seriously slacking in the blog posting department however as Im sure most of you can relate, life is busyyyy!! Anyways I wanted to put together a casual and fun outfit with reasonably priced pieces and it just so happens that every single piece I am wearing is on sale including this gorgeous strappy tee by Tobi!! Ive linked all of the pieces below!

Hope you guys have a great week!

Jeans: American Eagle Hi Rise Jegging (On Sale $65)

Booties: Coconuts by Matisse Meade (50% off, $64)

Stripes and Faux Leather Leggings

I wanted to put together a fun yet comfortable work look for the week! I havent done one in a while and considering most of us spend our days at work it only makes sense!

I love me some stripes and this top from Calvin Klein has been such a great staple in my wardrobe even prior to my baby bump and it still fits, yah!! We are closing in on 33 weeks and I am still trying to avoid purchasing a lot of maternity pieces and make use of the clothes I have! The only maternity piece in this outfit are the faux leather leggings (Ive linked non maternity vegan leather leggings here, these are on my buy list post baby!). They give the outfit some flare, they are super comfortable and versatile, easily paired with a sweater or tunic top! The blazer is also Calvin Klein (a great  Winners find) and is another key staple in a work wardrobe! I have linked my outfit details below!

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Valentine’s Day Gift Guide For Her

Ill be honest, I am not a huge fan of the commercialization of Valentines Day. I believe that if you are only showing your love to your spouse on one day of the year or you have to be reminded by a holiday to do something nice for your spouse, this is a big problem. Clayton and I try to do little things for each other all the time that we know the other will appreciate. In our relationship the little things are what counts. There was a very long time when Clayton wasn’t home in the evenings or on weekends and now I am so grateful to have him home ever night, to be able to plan our weekends and spend quality time together as a family.

That being said I know a lot of people love Valentine’s Day so I thought I would put together some cute, inexpensive ideas that you can forward on to your man if he is looking for some ideas! I will be using Valentine’s Day as an excuse to add some red and pink in to my wardrobe;)

Hope you guys enjoy! xo
