Spring Plaid Jacket – Rebecca King

I have been anxiously awaiting nice weather to take this jacket out for a spin and to say the least I am obsessed, I mean how could you not be! This jacket was a Christmas gift from the hubby and something I had had my eye on since it was released!

This plaid jacket was designed by Rebecca King, a designer out of Saskatchewan (yay Canada!) whose eye for quality material, versatile pieces and stunning design is sheer perfection. Oh and did I mention its currently on sale!!

I decided to pair the jacket with my favourite Vince Camuto over the knee boots that just so happen to match the elbow pad patch, added some more pattern with my Matt & Nat cork clutch and some neutral bracelets by Eliasz and Ella! Its such a versatile piece with such a fun pattern, it will be a wardrobe essential of mine for years to come!

Hope you enjoy!

Fall Fashion Inspiration From 2015

I wanted to start my fall posts this season with a little look back at some of my favourite outfits from last fall! I can’t believe fall is just around the corner, I really have no idea where summer went! Minus Christmas, fall is my absolute favourite time of year! The earthy and rich red tones, warm textures, riding boots, oversized sweaters, layers, I love it all!!!

So many of these looks I am still loving, the plaid scarfs and buffalo plaid tops, oversized wool drape coat, anything olive of course, patterned and blanket scarves, rich brown details, long cardigans and furry vests. I am sure you will see many of these pieces this fall just paired a but differently!

Some essentials I still can not live without this fall are my C’est Moi layering tanks, my Matt and Nat handbags including the Clarke and Kintla, as well as my One Fated Knight King bag, my Jackson Rowe Scarves in Olive and Merlot,my BB Dakota Grady Wool Coat, my stackable Eliasz & Ella Jewelry and my Vince Camuto Suede Riding Boots!

I hope this post inspires your fall wardrobe to come!
